Summertime in Chicago
There are lots of things to do in Chicago and instead of holing up at the end of summer to pick a good class schedule or research internet providers you should be outside enjoying the last of the warm weather! Here are a few of our favorite activities to do in Summertime Chicago
Navy Pier: Sure it might be touristy but it’s 1.5 miles of pure, unbridled Chicagoness and you’ve got to enjoy it while the weather’s good. Grab the kids or your sweetheart and head to the Ferris wheel or have a Cheeseburger Cheeseburger!
Architectural Tour: Again, you think it’s just for tourists but have you ever seen this side of your city? Hop on a tour boat and soak up the sun while you learn some interesting facts about Chicago’s neatest buildings and natural features.
Go to a Game: If you’re lucky enough to score your way into some Cubs tickets you’re going to have the time of your life. Make sure you get a Chicago style dog and sit as close as you can to the outfield just in case a foul ball comes your way.
